One Night is a risograph zine about my absurd and whimsical encounter with my next door neighbour, who may or may not be a luminous, otherwordly being. I illustrated the comic in a loose, expressive style with dip pen and drawing ink to complement the magical, surrealist nature of the story. Inspired by Fionn McCabe’s Simple and Direct exercise and Rachel Ang’s dream diaries.
